Not strong enough to replace my Miele for sure. But great for spot cleanings in-between vacuum day. I was surprised at how much cat hair it picked up but it had a hard time with my hair which is long and got wrapped around the beater brush. It had a hard time sucking stuff up on the sides of the brush, I have to aim the center of the brush over what I鈥檓 trying to suck up. The brush has lots of play in it so when I move the vacuum it鈥檚 a bit hard to control where the brush head goes, but it makes it easy to get into weird spots. The plastic brush housing is really static and attracts cat fur. 鈥ㄢ€↖ love that the filter is washable. The canister where the filter and debris is is a little tricky to make sure it鈥檚 clicked into place, it fell out several times for me, but I just have to really be sure it clicks in good. It鈥檚 really light weight and fine for vacuuming the floor. 鈥ㄢ€║sing it as a hand vac it鈥檚 a little heavy, but my arms are not strong. It鈥檚 great to use or dusting, sine a regular duster will just spread dust through the air. But you have to keep the whole thing at the correct angle to keep the short nozzle attachment level with the surface of what you are vacuuming. The brush part can retract or click into place to brush as you are vacuuming. But it doesn鈥檛 stay in place if even the slightest pressure is applied to it. My first charge was for at least 4 hours and it needed a recharge after about an 1.5 hours of use.It's a decent hand vac, but for $199.00 I would expect more suction power, a longer lasting charge, and the attachment brush to stay in place when in use. But it is useful and I will continue to use this.
