Steam Cleaner

Q: Steam Cleaner Not Spraying Steam

1. Check Water Level
Ensure the water tank is filled with clean, distilled or filtered water.
Do not overfill the tank.

2. Wait for Proper Heating
After turning on the unit, wait 3–5 minutes to allow it to fully heat up.
The steam indicator light (if available) should turn on when ready.

3. Check for Clogs
Mineral buildup can block the steam nozzle or internal tubes.
Try the following to clean:
Mix equal parts white vinegar and distilled water, pour into the tank, and let it sit for 30–60 minutes.
Then run the machine in a well-ventilated area to try to flush out the system.
Afterward, rinse thoroughly with clean water.

4. Check the Trigger/Nozzle
Ensure the steam trigger is fully pressed and not stuck.
Remove and inspect the nozzle or attachment head for any blockages.

5. Inspect for Leaks or Loose Parts
Make sure all attachments are securely connected.
If steam is leaking elsewhere (e.g., from joints), the pressure might not be building up correctly.

6. Reset or Restart
Turn off and unplug the unit, allow it to cool, then restart after 5–10 minutes.

Q: Water Leaking from Nozzle (No Steam)

There may be some water in the steam for the first usage or stopped for a while.

If it is water all the time, please try the steps below:
1. Check Heating Time
Ensure the unit is plugged in and turned on properly.
Allow at least 3–5 minutes for the water to fully heat before attempting to use it.
If you press the trigger too early, unheated water may come out instead of steam.

2. Listen for Heating Sound or Indicator Light
Some models make a slight hissing or boiling sound during heating.
Confirm whether the heating indicator light (if applicable) turns on/off after warm-up.
If there's no sign of heating, there may be an internal issue with the heating element.

3. Do Not Overfill
Overfilling the tank can reduce the unit’s ability to build pressure.
Fill only to the marked MAX line with distilled or filtered water.

4. Inspect the Nozzle/Attachments
Remove the nozzle or attachment and check for any looseness or cracks that may cause leakage.
Reconnect the attachments securely.

5. Reset and Test Again
Turn off and unplug the unit, and let it cool completely.
Refill the tank with distilled water and restart the unit to test.

Q: The steam cleaner is not producing hot enough steam to clean

The temperature at the steam outlet typically reaches 90–100°C, while about 10 cm away from the outlet, the temperature drops to around 30–40°C.

To help us better confirm whether your unit is functioning correctly, could you please measure the temperature at the steam outlet and let us know the reading? This will allow us to determine if any further action is needed.

Q: How do I remove the water tank cap from the steam cleaner?

Would you please try the steps as below?
1. Turn off the device and unplug it. Allow it to cool down for about 30 minutes so the internal high temperature and pressure can fully dissipate.
2. Unscrew the safety cap (the water tank cap, which also functions for refilling and pressure release) to remove it.

Important Notes:
--Never open the water tank cap while the device is in use, as the high-temperature, high-pressure steam inside may cause burns.
--Make sure the cooling time is sufficient and that the internal pressure is completely released before opening the cap, to avoid hot water spraying out.

Q: What is the boiler material of the Steam Cleaner?

The heating elements are made of copper-plated iron, and the inner boiler is made of die-cast aluminum.

Vacuum Cleaner

Q: Why the cleaner does not turn on?

1. Check if the power plug is plugged well into the socket.
2. Check if there is power in the socket.
3. Check if the switch of the appliance is turned on.

Q: The suction power is weak.

1. The nozzle may be clogged with dirt. Clean the nozzle to ensure smooth adsorption.
2. Make sure to use the correct accessories, such as brushes or nozzles, to suit different cleaning tasks.

Q: What should I do if my vacuum cleaner is noisy?

1.Check whether accessories and connections are secure and whether there is any abnormal friction or sticking.
2.If equipped with rollers or brushes, check them for foreign matter and clean or replace them.

heard a click before use.
3.Check if the rolling brush is stuck.
4.If the self-cleaning is not working due to low battery, charge for 5
minutes before restarting the self-clean

Q: How to deal with unpleasant odours from steam?

1.If it has not been used for a long time, there may be a peculiar smell in the water tank. It is recommended to clean the water tank and replace it with fresh water.
2.Before starting to use, vent some steam to remove possible odors.

Q: The canister vacuum purchased on February 9th has a faulty electrical cord that won't retract, causing disappointment.

1. Cord Tangled: Gently straighten the cord by hand to remove any knots. After the cord is untangled, press the retract button to rewind the cord normally.
2. Cord Pulled Out Too Far: The end of the power cord has yellow and red warning marks. Do not pull the cord beyond the yellow mark, as this may make it difficult to retract. If this has already happened, gently push the cord back a little and then press the retract button to try again. If the cord is pulled to the red mark, it may be damaged.

If the issue remains, would you please send us a short video as an attachment to show the problem? The reason why we need them is that after checking, we could effectively confirm the problem and find out the root cause.

Could you please also provide the order number and SN code (looks something like SN: 250401078511028)?

Q: Can the vacuum cleaner add a metal extension hose to make the vacuum cleaner hose longer

We’re sorry to hear that the current length feels a bit short and that you have to bend over while vacuuming — we completely understand how that can be uncomfortable during use.

Regarding your question about adding an additional metal extension hose: while it is technically possible to extend the tube, please note that increasing the length may affect the suction performance. A longer hose can reduce airflow efficiency and result in weaker suction.

If you still wish to purchase an additional extension, we kindly recommend selecting one that matches the existing tube’s structure, including the same connector type as well as the correct inner and outer diameter, to ensure proper compatibility and fit.

Thank you again for your understanding and support. Please feel free to reach out if you have any further questions.

Q: The vacuum is overheating during use and stops working, even after cleaning or regular maintenance.

1. Ensure all filters are clean and free of debris.
2. Check hoses, brush heads, and intake ports for blockages that could impede airflow.
3. After extended use, allow the vacuum to cool down for 20-30 minutes before resuming operation. Consider taking breaks between long cleaning sessions to prevent overheating.
4. Using the vacuum on surfaces it isn’t designed for can put strain on the motor, leading to overheating. Avoid using the vacuum on wet floors or overly thick carpets.

Q: What should I do if my Canister Vacuum hose gets clogged frequently?

Since the vacuum is being used in a high-dust environment (sand and dirt), this can easily cause blockages. Please try the following:
1. Check and clear the hose – Remove the hose and ensure there is no debris stuck inside.
2. Empty the dust container frequently – Fine dust and sand can fill it quickly and reduce suction.
3. Clean or replace the HEPA filter – A clogged filter will significantly reduce airflow.
4.Check all airways – Including the floor head and connectors for any buildup.

Q: I couldn't use the vacuum cleaner in its maximum power because it caused my circuit to break.

This is usually caused by the vacuum drawing high power on a circuit with limited capacity. We recommend trying the following:
1. Please use the vacuum on a different outlet, preferably on a separate circuit.
2. Avoid using it simultaneously with other high-power appliances (such as microwaves, heaters, or hair dryers).
3. If possible, try using a lower power mode to see if the issue persists.
4. You may also check your home’s circuit breaker rating or consult a qualified electrician to ensure it can support the appliance.

Q: The vacuum cleaner is hard to move around.

1. There is a floor brush switch on the floor nozzle. Could you please push the floor brush switch to a different position to see if it can help with moving?
2. Please check the rollers and floor brush for hair, debris, and dust buildup. These impurities can affect the vacuum cleaner's mobility and need to be cleaned promptly.

Q: If this left in the charger for too long for Model AS-CA038, will it start a fire? Or does it automatically shut off when it’s fully charged?

Please rest assured that our device is designed with built-in safety protections. Once it is fully charged, it will automatically stop charging, so there is no risk of overcharging or causing a fire under normal usage conditions.

Garment Steamer

Q: Unit fails to heat up.

1. Check the Power Source
Make sure the power cord is securely plugged into a working outlet.
Try plugging the steamer into a different outlet to rule out any outlet issue.

2. Water Tank
Ensure the water tank is properly installed and filled with clean water.
If the water level is too low, the unit may not operate.

3. Power Button & Indicator
Confirm that the power button is switched ON.
Check whether any indicator lights are showing. If not, try pressing and holding the power button for a few seconds.

4. Wait Time
After turning on the steamer, allow 2–3 minutes for it to heat up fully before use.

Q: Power light is on, but fails to steam.

1. Water Tank Check
Ensure the water tank is properly installed and filled with clean water.
Make sure the water level is above the minimum line.

2. Wait Time
After switching on the unit, allow 2–3 minutes for the water to heat up before it begins to produce steam.

3. Steam Outlet Check
Check if the steam vents are blocked — sometimes mineral build-up can clog the outlet.
If blocked, we suggest cleaning the steam head with a soft cloth and using a descaling solution or vinegar-water mix to clear any buildup.

4. Descaling (if hard water is used)
If you have used hard water in the steamer, limescale may be affecting performance. We recommend descaling the unit.

Q: When the machine is operating, some slight sound & vibration are observed.

It is normal for the garment steamer to produce some slight sound and vibration while operating. This occurs as the unit heats the water and generates steam — the internal pump and heating element can create minor noises and light vibration.

However, if you notice the sound is unusually loud, the vibration is very strong, or there is no steam output, please try the following troubleshooting steps:

1. Check the Water Tank
Ensure the water tank is filled with clean water and securely installed.

2. Wait Time
Allow the steamer 2–3 minutes to heat up fully after powering on.

3. Check for Blockages
Inspect the steam head and vents for any blockage or mineral build-up. If needed, clean the steam vents.

4. Descale
If hard water has been used, limescale may cause extra noise or poor performance. Descaling the unit can help.
